The reformer features a padded footbar with a Quick Release system, allowing for five adjustable positions to suit various exercises. Included with your purchase are a box and a jumpboard for added versatility.
The headrest offers two options for customization, and the pulleys are height adjustable to accommodate different needs. The reformer comes equipped with a selection of springs: 2 strong (red, 61LB), 2 medium (green, 31LB), and 2 light (yellow, 18.5LB).
