Warranty and Return

Return Policy

Please note that returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Wunder Pilates®. If your purchase was made through a third-party distributor, reseller, or retailer, please contact them directly for return instructions.

Return Window

  • Our return policy allows returns within 30 days from the date of shipment.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, including original packaging, instructions, documentation, and accessories, all of which must be unused and in their original condition.
  • The purchase receipt must be included with all returns.

Return Process

  1. Contact Wunder Pilates® Customer Service at info@wunderpilates.com to initiate the return process.
  2. If your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed, and Wunder Pilates® is not responsible for items returned without this authorization.

Return Shipping

  • Returns must be received within 10 days of approval.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for any damage or loss during shipment. Products sent C.O.D. (cash on delivery) will be rejected.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized products (e.g., special upholstery).
  • Equipment (e.g., Cadillac, Cadillac-Reformer, Reformer, Ladder Barrel, Combo Chair, Towers).
  • Configurations of special equipment.
  • Accessories and spare parts.
  • Special shipments.
  • Reservation fees.

Warranty Return Procedure

  • Warranty returns must be pre-approved by Wunder Pilates® Customer Service. Contact us at info@wunderpilates.com for assessment.
  • If the issue is covered by the warranty, we may request that the product be returned for inspection and testing before issuing a replacement.
  • If a product is returned without warranty coverage or does not meet warranty return conditions, the customer is responsible for all transportation and insurance costs.

Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, note the issue on the delivery note and contact us within 24-48 hours.

Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive an incorrect item, Wunder Pilates® will cover return shipping costs. Return conditions remain the same: the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in its original condition.

Once your return is received, inspected, and processed, a refund will be issued for the amount of the equipment.
